New York International Children's Film Festival donates money to our PTA for each and every NYICFF ticket you buy! Enjoy great kids' cinema while raising money for our school! Coming up this weekend, October 25th and 26th at Symphony Space, NYICFF presents the best of short film from around the world, Kid Flix Mix, recommended for ages 3 to 8, and Party Mix, recommended for ages 8 to 16. To buy tickets, click HERE, then select PS 29 from the “Select a School” menu. The PTA earns $3 for each ticket you purchase!

Can’t afford that family trip around the world this year? Tour the globe
with NYICFF’s Kid Flix Mix and Party Mix, the continually updated
collections of age appropriate short films. The programs feature audience
and jury favorites cherry-picked from the past ten years of the festival,
including works from South Korea, Japan, Russia, Germany, Mexico, UK,
France, and more.

Time Out New York called Michel Ocelot's film "absolutely gorgeous" – if
you haven't seen it yet (or haven't seen it enough) it’s been extended for

Established in 1997, NYICFF is North America’s largest festival of film for children and teens and stands at the vanguard of a movement to define a new, more relevant and compelling film for kids. Each year NYICFF scours the globe to present a highly selective slate of the best animation, live action, documentary and experimental film from around the world, with screenings available for ages 3 to 18. Now a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales to these entertaining, intelligent, and culturally enriching films are donated to participating schools - including ours!
