There's a great new schools blog worth checking out: Gotham Schools. A news reader from Gotham Schools has been added to the PTA blog, where the InsideSchools blog news reader and several other education and community news feeds can also be found.

DoE Publishes Citywide 2008 Learning Environment Survey Report

The DoE this week published the citywide results 2008 Learning Environment Survey. Though results are generally positive, three out of four middle- and high-school students say they did not participate in any art activities during or after school!
