Following this morning's first Parents As Learning Partners event of 2008-2009, the turnout was terrific for the Scholastic Book Fair Parents Pre-Sale. The fresh-baked homemade coffee cake, banana and pumpkin breads - graciously donated by A Little Something By Nina - were decidedly NCLB (No Crumbs Left Behind)!
Please note:
- The fair is open today (Friday) until 6 PM.
- Family Shopping Hours tomorrow, Saturday, October 4th, are from 8:30-3:30 PM.
- Teachers visited the fair yesterday to create their own classroom wish lists, which are posted on the walls beside the fair cashier's desk.

To volunteer for a time slot (mounting a book fair open so many days to accommodate nearly 700 children requires many helping hands!), please email Jeanmarie. For parents new to the school, the fair is a great launch pad for involvement in the school community!
