Here's a video for the song, Not on the Test, which PS 8 alum Tom Chapin wrote with John Forster. The two wrote the song to express their disappointment in the lack of arts education in public schools. Though PS 29 is graced with robust arts programming, the Mayor's current squeeze on all schools makes this lament hit closer to home.
