The DoE annual parents' survey, which you should have received by mail in a bright green envelope, must be submitted by this Friday, April 18th! Click HERE to take the survey online. You will need the bar code from the survey you received by mail. If you do not have the survey, call 311 to obtain your bar code or for any other questions you may have. Ten percent of PS 29's Progress Report score derives from our survey responses!
