Resident spooks take note: the Cobble Hill Park Halloween Parade is 4 PM on Wednesday, October 31st! (Last year, the parade was led by Dan Zanes and was totally packed.) Then make your way trick or treating on Clinton St towards Carroll Gardens or to Brooklyn Heights, weaving your way up and down the side streets. The streets on the not-to-be-missed list are Garden Place in the Heights and First Place in the Gardens!
